English Department Stratford Trip 2011
The English Department’s fifth Shakespeare Theatre Trip to Stratford-upon-Avon in June 2011 is an exciting opportunity open to PHS pupils in S3 and above. The trip includes a wide variety of activities and really does have something for everyone.
Final details of our two Royal Shakespeare Company plays in 2011 will be confirmed when the RSC finalises its performance programme in October 2010. In previous years we have seen King Lear, Julius Caesar, Romeo & Juliet, Macbeth and The Merchant of Venice. We always aim to choose plays which will both entertain and challenge our pupils.
Cost: £250 for 4 full days including travel, accommodation, meals and entertainment.
To secure your place we require a non-refundable deposit of £50 by Friday 1st October 2010.
Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis on receipt of deposit.
Provisional details are available from the PDF document below, along with a booking form.
You can also view photographs from previous visits here.
