Activities
An important part of all the courses which are offered, is the chance for the pupils to participate in practical work.
In Fashion and Textile Technology lessons, pupils have the opportunity to make a variety of items ranging from simple cushions and hats in S1 and S2 to more detailed items in S3 and S4, such as embroidered bags and simple items of clothing.
In Health and Food Technology in S3/S4 pupils spend most of their time in practical cookery lessons making a wide variety of dishes. As part of the Int2/Higher courses pupils also have the opportunity to use various computer programmes to help their learning for example we have dietary analysis software to help analysis both the diet and also different dishes.
