Extra-curricular Activities

Extra-curricular Activities

Peebles High School is proud of its tradition of a wide range of extra-curricular activities.  Apart from all the sporting activities - such as rugby, hockey, football, volleyball, basketball, badminton, dancing - there are  exchanges with schools abroad, sports tours, educational visits such as to the Battlefields and a recent Business Studies trip to Barcelona, a new European project, trips to Euro Disney and Alton Towers, First-Year Residential Camp at Newcastleton, Outward Bound, ski trips and the Iceland trip.

In addition to the activities mentioned above, there are numerous activities taking place in clubs and societies which meet at lunch-times and after school throughout the year.

These activities are a credit to the dedication and hard work of the staff involved and provide the pupils with memories and experiences which they will remember throughout their lives.
