A Chemistry class from 1900 in today's Lab 11

These photographs show classrooms in Peebles High School over 100 years ago.

The whole School was contained within, what is today, the Science Block.

The assembly hall is now Lab 2 in the Physics Department.

The School changed little from 1900 until 1936 when the 1936 block was built.

 In 2000,  we were visited by past pupils who  remembered the School as it was before 1936.
