Modern Languages

 

In our teaching of Modern Languages the aims of the departments are as follows:

▪   To develop the ability in all our pupils to communicate as effectively as possible in the  foreign language

▪   To learn what language is and how it works

▪   To learn about the cultures of other countries and their way of life

▪   To learn to reduce our prejudices about other countries

▪   To ensure our pupils gain the best qualifications they can at National level
